Ambassador Tuot Panha accompanied a delegation led by H.E. Mr. Sun Chanthol, Deputy Prime Minister and First Vice President of the Council for the Development of Cambodia, to participate in the Cambodia-UK Business Roundtable held at the headquarters of KPMG in London
