On 20 February 2025, Her Excellency TUOT Panha, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, attended the Vin d’Honneur hosted by His Excellency DO Minh Hung, Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam to the United Kingdom, to express her congratulations to the Vietnamese Ambassador on his presentation of credentials to His Majesty King Charles III of the United Kingdom.
