On 06 February 2025 in London, Her Excellency TUOT Panha presented her Credentials to His Majesty King Charles III at Buckingham Palace, accrediting her as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
To mark this solemn occasion, Ambassador Tuot Panha hosted a Vin d’Honneur at the Sofitel Hotel, attended by His Excellency Allistair Harrisson, Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps, His Excellency Ivan Romero Martinez, Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, Ambassadors and High Commissioners of the ASEAN member states accredited to the United Kingdom, officials from the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, and Cambodian community in the UK.
