On 13 October 2023, the Royal Embassy of the Kingdom of Cambodia in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland organized the 11th remembrance anniversary of the passing of His Majesty the King Norodom Sihanouk, the King Father of National Independence, Territorial Integrity, and National Unity of Cambodia, “Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh”. H.E. Ambassador Lay Samkol and Madam, Diplomatic Staff, representatives of the Cambodian Association in the UK, and representatives of the Cambodian Students Association in the UK, a total of 40 people, attended and paid their tribute to Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh. The Royal Embassy also organized a solidarity lunch with Cambodian families and students in a close and friendly environment.
